Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Charae Carter Jenkins has lived in the Washington, DC area for 20 years. After attending American University, she began her marketing career working for the Washington Wizards where she discovered her passion for promotions, grassroots marketing and event planning. Charae has over 17 years of marketing experience, working for brands such as Chipotle Mexican Grill, Raising Canes, &pizza and Shophouse Southeast Asian Kitchen. A dedicated mother and wife, Charae resides in Alexandria, VA with her husband, son and dog, Saki.

Charae is goal-driven, and that is reflected in her work. She enjoys helping clients achieve their goals by implementing thoughtful, creative and strategic plans. 

With a decade of experience in marketing, sales, and project management, Camille Dykes has managed projects for clients including YouTube and the National Hockey League. Camille's experience includes working for Creative Theory Agency, &pizza, a fast casual, East Coast pizza chain, and managing luxury residential projects for one of DC's top interior designers. Raised in Minnesota, the Land of 10,000 Lakes, Camille swam the butterfly and breast strokes at Howard University where she earned a B.A. in Advertising. A strategic thinker and collaborator, she relies on her razor-sharp emotional intelligence when taking on new projects to deliver results with impact.
